Play a pivotal role in bringing precision diagnostics to the immune system by leading the BD efforts of hema.to: our CE-marked diagnostic support software for blood cancer and other immune disorders built on an AI immunophenotyping platform.

🚀 We're on a mission to bring cytometry to a whole new level by connecting these high-dimensional data to our novel AI decision support product, and thereby develop precision diagnostics of the immune system. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- overall responsibility: take charge of our BD efforts end-to-end, ranging from pilot studies at academic hospitals to negotiating SaaS contracts
- shape the growth and commercial strategy, supported by our colleagues in the adoption team, regulatory and founders
- lead our small but growing customer adoption team (2.5 FTE from the 1st of December, excluding support from two founders)
- do active outreach to laboratories and academic institutes
- foster existing relationships with our early adopters
- negotiate contracts with customers and other partners
- fine-tune pricing, possibly including pricing experiments
- long-term, support the expansion into additional markets
- be an important voice in strategic decisions that concern BD

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- you have strong demonstrated experience in B2B commercial relationships in healthcare
- you have experience or formal training in immunology, cytometry, hematology, pathology, the CRO space and/or other diagnostic methods
- you have strong demonstrated experience in building and/or leading BD teams
- you can manage ‘complex sales’ that involve multiple stakeholders (doctors, technicians, ethical committee and administrative staff)
- you are a strong communicator
- you are dynamic, pro-active and entrepreneurial
- experience in AI and software is a strong plus, but not a must
- you share hema.to’s vision to improve diagnostics of the immune system
