Customer success & sales

Join us in improving leukemia diagnostics by delivering hema.to to more labs. You will visit innovative hematology & immunology labs, and work with our team to make hema.to more useful for them. You'll be working in a highly motivated start-up and work on the interface of product, business, engineering and our customers.

  • negotiate with customers
  • guide integration process of hema.to into their workflows
  • couple pain points back to product & engineering

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • you are highly communicative and empathic
  • you are dynamic and pro-active
  • you have a background in MedTech, BioTech, the laboratory world or medicine
  • you speak English and German fluently
