Head of Sales

Join us in improving leukemia diagnostics by delivering hema.to to more labs and negotiating contracts for the best price. We are looking for a highly motivated sales executive to help us realize our ambitions to improve clinical diagnostics.

Join us in improving leukemia diagnostics by delivering hema.to to more labs and negotiating contracts for the best price. You'll be working in an extremely motivated start-up and will be delivering a highly innovative product that helps technicians, doctors and patients alike to labs, hospitals and academic institutes.

hema.to is the world’s first diagnostic support software for blood cancer using machine learning. We want to significantly grow our sales and have the ambition to be the global blood cancer diagnostic support software within the next few years. To get there, we target a certain YoY growth in ARR.

We are looking for a highly motivated head of sales with experience in B2B deals from mid-late 2023 to help us realize those ambitions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • overall responsibility: realize targets for ARR YoY growth
  • build up a sales strategy and accompanying team
  • pro-actively build relationships with labs and hospitals
  • negotiate contracts with customers and other partners
  • fine-tune pricing, possibly including pricing experiments
  • interface with the product team and customers to improve our offering
  • long-term, support the expansion into additional markets

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • you have experience in designing and negotiating B2B contracts
  • you can manage ‘complex sales’ that involve multiple stakeholders (doctors, technicians, ethical committee and administrative staff)
  • you are highly communicative and empathic
  • you are dynamic and pro-active
  • experience in the hospital or lab space is a plus, not a must
  • you share hema.to’s vision to improve diagnostics
